This is a low-pressure, introductory conversation where you can share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for, at your own pace. You’re welcome to ask any questions along the way. By the end of the call, we’ll both have a sense of whether it feels like a supportive fit and what next steps could look like, if you’d like to continue. The set timeframe for this call is 25 minutes.

Every session is 50 minutes. Depending on what you’d like to focus on and what feels most supportive for you, sessions may include somatic therapy, inner parts work, somatic experiencing, expressive arts, or a combination of these approaches.

Yes. I offer 50-minute online sessions for clients located in California.

My fee is $225 for a 50-minute individual therapy session. We can meet in person or have our sessions online. I am licensed to work with clients who live in California.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on income and current availability. We can discuss this during our initial call.

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

After our initial call, I’ll send you a link to SimplePractice, where you can complete consent forms and intake paperwork. Once that’s complete, we’ll schedule your first session and you’ll get a text reminder before every session.

My office is located at 3031 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland, California. The closest cross street is 30th St.

Yes. The office is near MacArthur BART, and multiple bus lines run along Telegraph Avenue.

Fees are collected within 24 hours of session via credit card using Ivy Pay, a secure and HIPAA-compliant payment app. Once a card is on file, I am able to automatically bill for sessions week by week.

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to the full session fee.
